These unique cosmetics can only be applied to the Default Suit and they function as a recolor rather than a remodel of the suit. Unfortunately, you cannot apply Suit Textures to other Suit Skins like the Venture suit or the Lone Survivor suit. Suit Textures Only Apply to the Base Suit To equip a cosmetic, hover over your chosen skin or texture and press Equip to have Isaac change into it. Also, there are different bonuses and modes you get for completing the game that give it replay value and have. It is most definitely not pay-to-win or anything like that. Certain DLC helps, but tje best stuff is already in game. None of the DLC is necessary to have a damned good time.
Suit Skins and Suit Textures can be equipped as soon as you reach your very first Store at the end of Chapter 1 Simply navigate to Storage to see all the Suit Skins and Textures you have on your account. Its not a waste of money, youre getting a very large game.
